The high-performance filament based on modified polyphenylene sulfide with 10% carbon-fiber reinforcement combines very high temperature resistance with extremely low moisture absorption, good chemical resistance and inherent flame retardancy. This makes it especially suitable for rigid, high-strength functional parts in technically demanding applications.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrinted parts reach a \u003cstrong\u003econtinuous use temperature of 220 °C\u003c\/strong\u003e and an \u003cstrong\u003eHDT of 245 °C\u003c\/strong\u003e. \u003cstrong\u003eMoisture absorption is below 0.1%\u003c\/strong\u003e. The material offers a \u003cstrong\u003etensile strength of 95–105 MPa\u003c\/strong\u003e, a \u003cstrong\u003eflexural strength of 125–135 MPa\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eflame retardancy according to UL 94 V-0\u003c\/strong\u003e, making it designed for heat-resistant, rigid and dimensionally stable functional parts.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTypical applications include technical functional parts in mechanical engineering, heat-exposed brackets, fixtures, housings, electrical applications and components used in environments with high thermal requirements.
