Industrial materials for functional 3D printed parts.
JESA comes from industrial application. We don't just print decorative parts,
but components that have to function in real environments:
brackets, fixtures, spare parts, prototypes, and technical solutions.
That's precisely why we started testing, modifying, and optimizing our own materials, printer upgrades,
and accessories. Not for the showroom.
But for parts that have to last.
Today, we make these possibilities accessible to everyone.
Materials we use ourselves
ProLine filaments are intended for users who need more than PLA or simple PETG. If a part gets hot, sits outside, is stressed, or needs to remain dimensionally stable, it needs a material that fits the application.
Upgrades from practice
Many of our printer adaptations came about because we needed better results, more stable processes, or more reliability in everyday use. What works for us, we now make available to others as well.
Accessories with technical benefits
Our accessories are not meant as a gimmick. They are designed to help you print cleaner, more stably, and more reproducibly — especially when a printed part is to become a real functional part.
From our own needs to a public assortment.
In the beginning, there was no classic online shop. In the beginning, there were industrial projects,
components with real requirements, and the question: How do we get more
out of FDM 3D printing?
For this, we selected materials, adapted printers, tested components, and
designed accessories. Step by step, this resulted in a setup that allows
functional parts to be produced much more reliably.
The next logical step was: not to keep this experience to ourselves.
ProLine is for everyone who doesn't ask: "What color should my print be?", but: "Which material solves my component problem?"
That's why we don't simply offer the largest possible assortment, but a technical selection for functional applications.
