Reliable in real applications
Our materials are not only sold, but also used by JESA itself for functional parts, fixtures and technical applications.
PET-CF Black (modified PET with 10% carbon-fiber reinforcement)
No more functional parts that soften under heat or warp too much during printing.
Standard filaments are often sufficient for simple applications. In technical use cases with elevated temperatures and the need for dimensionally accurate parts, however, many materials quickly reach their limits. Parts warp during printing, shrink too much or lose rigidity and load-bearing capacity during later use.
ProLine PET-CF was developed for exactly these requirements. The modified PET-based filament with 10% carbon-fiber reinforcement combines high temperature resistance with low shrinkage and easy printability. This makes it especially suitable for technical parts that need to be rigid, dimensionally stable and reliably printable without a heated chamber.
Printed parts reach a continuous use temperature of 120 °C and an HDT of 190 °C. Moisture absorption is below 0.3%. The material offers a tensile strength of 75–85 MPa, a flexural strength of 140–150 MPa and a flexural modulus of 4500–5000 MPa in the X-Y direction, making it well suited for rigid, high-strength and dimensionally stable functional parts.
Typical applications include brackets, fixtures, housings, technical functional parts and load-bearing prototypes. Especially where a combination of high temperature resistance, low warping tendency and practical printability is required, PET-CF is a strong material choice.
✅ High rigidity for load-bearing functional parts
✅ Low shrinkage for dimensionally accurate print results
✅ High temperature resistance for technical applications
✅ Easy to print even without a heated chamber
✅ Carbon-fiber reinforced for improved dimensional stability and strength
✅ Diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm for consistent material flow
✅ Batch number on each spool for better traceability
Ideal for:
Mechanical engineering, fixture construction, brackets, housings, technical functional parts, load-bearing prototypes and components exposed to elevated thermal loads.
Post-annealing is expressly recommended to unlock the full potential of PET-CF.

Quick answers: Here you will find information about our ProLine filaments, 3D printer upgrades and technical accessories.
For anyone who wants to produce functional parts with 3D printing: brackets, fixtures, housings, spare parts, prototypes or technical upgrades for their own printer. The focus is not on decoration, but on parts that need to perform in real use.
JESA sells products that come from our own practical experience. Our filaments, upgrades and accessories are designed to help you get more out of 3D printing — technically, reliably and transparently. It is not about as many gimmicks as possible, but about useful solutions for better print results.
No. Although the products come from a technical and industrial environment, they are also suitable for ambitious private users. What matters is not whether you print privately or commercially, but whether you want to achieve strong, clean and functional results.
That depends on the specific product. For technical filaments, the most important factors are nozzle temperature, bed temperature, build chamber, print surface and, for fiber-reinforced materials, a hardened nozzle. You can find the specific requirements directly on the respective product page.
Yes, where useful, we provide technical data, processing notes and in some cases slicer profiles. This is especially important for technical materials, because even the best material is of little use if temperature, drying, nozzle or print bed are not suitable.
