Reliable in real applications
Our materials are not only sold, but also used by JESA itself for functional parts, fixtures and technical applications.
ABS-GF Black (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene with 10% glass-fiber reinforcement)
No more functional parts that lose stability too quickly under load and heat.
Standard filaments are often sufficient for simple applications. In technical use cases with mechanical load and elevated temperatures, however, they quickly reach their limits. Parts become imprecise, deform more easily under load or fail to deliver consistently reliable results in everyday use.
ProLine ABS-GF was developed for exactly these applications. The ABS-based filament with 10% glass-fiber reinforcement offers high rigidity, good dimensional stability and solid temperature resistance. This makes it especially suitable for technical parts that need to remain dimensionally stable under load.
Printed parts reach a continuous use temperature of 85 °C and an HDT of 88 °C. Moisture absorption is below 1%. The material offers a tensile strength of 25.2–28.5 MPa, a flexural strength of 81–83.5 MPa and a flexural modulus of 3360–3456 MPa in the X-Y direction, making it well suited for rigid, dimensionally stable functional parts in industrial environments.
Typical applications include fixtures, brackets, covers, technical functional parts and load-bearing prototypes. Especially where parts need to remain dimensionally stable and perform reliably under heat or mechanical stress, ABS-GF is a practical material choice.
✅ High rigidity for load-bearing functional parts
✅ Good dimensional stability for accurate components
✅ Solid temperature resistance for technical applications
✅ Suitable for robust parts in mechanical engineering and fixture construction
✅ Glass-fiber reinforced for improved shape stability under load
✅ Diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm for consistent material flow
✅ Batch number on each spool for better traceability
✅ High-speed printing with up to 100 mm³/s maximum flow possible
Ideal for:
Mechanical engineering, fixture construction, brackets, covers, technical functional parts, load-bearing prototypes and components exposed to increased mechanical stress.

Quick answers: Here you will find information about our ProLine filaments, 3D printer upgrades and technical accessories.
For anyone who wants to produce functional parts with 3D printing: brackets, fixtures, housings, spare parts, prototypes or technical upgrades for their own printer. The focus is not on decoration, but on parts that need to perform in real use.
JESA sells products that come from our own practical experience. Our filaments, upgrades and accessories are designed to help you get more out of 3D printing — technically, reliably and transparently. It is not about as many gimmicks as possible, but about useful solutions for better print results.
No. Although the products come from a technical and industrial environment, they are also suitable for ambitious private users. What matters is not whether you print privately or commercially, but whether you want to achieve strong, clean and functional results.
That depends on the specific product. For technical filaments, the most important factors are nozzle temperature, bed temperature, build chamber, print surface and, for fiber-reinforced materials, a hardened nozzle. You can find the specific requirements directly on the respective product page.
Yes, where useful, we provide technical data, processing notes and in some cases slicer profiles. This is especially important for technical materials, because even the best material is of little use if temperature, drying, nozzle or print bed are not suitable.
